We offer support, therapeutic activities, exercise and healthy lifestyle groups, life skills, short courses, qualifications and opportunities for work experience for people whose lives have been affected by mental illness.
Our range of services are designed to support people in their recovery and to help them to stay well. We focus on enabling our clients to become active participants in community life.
People are supported to regain self esteem, confidence, interests and skills in a supportive environment. Service users are referred to as ‘members’ and are active in how Community Meeting Point is shaped and run.
We operate a charity shop which provides real work experience and the opportunity to gain a City and Guilds qualification in customer services.
